Avaliação da contribuiçãoSuper impressed. I have stayed at many 3 and 4 star hotels that have not met my expectations. This hotel, though only rated as a 2 star hotel far exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were friendly. They even did a courtesy call to the room to make sure everything was good. The room also exceeded expectations when it came to cleanliness. Though the furniture and carpet, were outdated, it’s still felt, very cozy and comfortable, all together it just felt clean. The staff took pride in their job and we’re very proud that this hotel was rated the sixth best quality inn for choice privilege hotels. Kudos to this team for doing it right! I would 100% stay here again.
I stayed in this hotel the evening before my wedding. It is a very nice hotel that was clean and cozy. The continental breakfast was very good and had lots of food options. The beds were not the most comfortable but they did not make the stay bad by any means. All of the staff were so lovely and kind. I had to block rooms for my wedding guests and the owners were so easy to work with to get the rooms set up.
First time staying here. My wife I were in town celebrating my birthday and St.Patrick 's day and to see my friend Tony 's band Dead Level . At the front desk we were greeted by Karen, she was wonderful, made us feel right at home! Our room was immaculate inviting! In the morning we were treated to continental breakfast in a very spacious and clean dining area. At checkout, Joann(another wonderful staff member) greeted us a good morning and a smile. The staff obviously take great pride in their work and their Inn! We will be staying there again! We highly recommend staying here!!
We were visiting Franklin Pa, and we stopped at the Quality Inn too see if they had a room that we could stay at, but the price was very high with taxes I think she said it would be $130.00 that included my discount with my Triple AAA Card, but the women at the desk said that the owners also owned a Motel next door called Franklin Motel and the rate with taxes would be $88.99 so we decided to take that rate of the other property they owned called Franklin Motel, what a Big Mistake that was, it seemed like we were in a basement, it smelled like Mildew, and the room was so tight couldn't hardly move around in it, we were just so tired that night from touring Franklin Pa, which is a Beautiful town too visit, But Be smart and do not sleep at the Franklin Motel, not worth the price! just pay the extra money and stay at the Quality Inn, don't make our mistake, and waste your money! Stayed at the Quality Inn I. FRANKLIN, PA. The front desks clerks was very nice/friendly and helpful. My niece and I were there for and Elvis Forever concert at the Borrow civic center. Only 2 blocks down the street from the hotel. The rooms are clean and of good size, located on liberty St. With shops and restaurants just a block down from the hotel. The hotel also has a bar u0026restaurant located inside, As it had very good food and drinks it could stand to remain open longer hours on Friday and Saturday nights, especially when there is something going on at the there and the performer 's and the guests that are staying at the hotel. The locals even seem to enjoy it.
