Wendy's - Franklin

This place is super busy more then the most time with longer then usual lines. You can eat faster at a seat in the restaurant most of the time unfortunately. I wish Delightful would implement some kind of outdoor order with or double lines and change how the food in the store is prepared for faster service.

Was lost in Franklin, Virginia, so we stopped eating and getting directions at their local Wendy's. Guess we saw lost because we were addressed in the parking lot by a person from the neighborhood asking if we need help. He even wanted us to follow him so we could get there safely. Was impressed by his goodness. We should all be so friendly. Forward.

2 types of salad,both fresh and everything was there. 2 c, burgers and large drinks. So everything surprised to go in the bag fresh,hit,cold and tasted like Wendys earlier!!!

Ordered a baconator and they gave me a jr. Baconator and when asked about it the lady at the widow got very very rude and said that one patty is the regular size not the jr. Food: 1 Service: 1
