I do love your apple pecan salad, but, for the second time in a row, you did not send me any pecans! Its an apple PECAN salad! Very disappointed!

Slow. Waited a solid 5 minutes just to get someone to take my order. Super backed up and trying to train a new person. Other than that, the woman who took my order was very nice and doing her best!

Y?all have to do something about the drive thru line being wrapped around the building. The dining room door was locked so I wasn?t able to order inside. I understand if you?re busy but short staffed is not an excuse anymore Pay people more and theywill come work. You don?t even have to raise the prices because if you would accommodate all customers you would capture thesales being lost from people that don?t have 45 minutes to sit in a drive thru line. Anyways thanks for coming to my Ted talk

I visited the drive-thru twice at 7:30 AM to use my free breakfast sandwich coupon, but both times, Toya, the lady at the register, informed me that I needed to purchase the sandwich and potatoes. During my second visit, after I had bought the potato wedges, she asked if I understood, to which I replied yes. However, she then told her coworkers that I didn’t understand. On my final visit today, Toya seemed to have an attitude. The coupon offered a free breakfast sandwich with a purchase, and since I bought two items at different times, I still didn’t receive my sandwich. Toya was completely disrespectful and unhelpful.
