White Castle - Franklin

Always brilliant!!!! The food is great, safety protocols are present and enforced, the staff is friendly, building is clean, and the service is exceptional! A personal thanks to Shelby for my daughter Rowan, her friend Addie, and my son Colin's day with a few orders from some delicious Mac cheese bites. Thanks again from the Gilvin and our friends.

This is probably one of the best white castles I was. The food is always fresh.

Went to try the new impossible Burger Slider. The restaurant was far understated, but the cashier girl made an admirable task to keep it together. It was clean and tidy. Burgers were ok and spend a little (2x the price of regular burgers). I had the impossible burgers in other restaurants (where it was about the same price as a regular burger) and in White Castle was not as good as this. Not sure what would make the difference, honestly. Kudos to White Castle for the only fast food place I know offers the impossible burger. Since I had extra time while waiting, I googled White Castle and learned that they were essentially the first fast food restaurant and had to invent their own supply chain to let it happen. Pretty impressive!
