I often go to this restaurant, which is actually a cultural association so you have to make a free card every year (2 minutes so I don't understand why some complain about this since everyone knows how it works and mei various yoga circles, ludoteche, even in kindergartens it works so. As a cultural association the prices are much lower than the average, do not expect double-breasted waiters or satin tablecloths: it is a cheap place therefore tablecloths and napkins of paper and family service. There is little choice, usually everyone eats what is on the fixed menu also because there is no real menu à la carte except for pizzas. With 12, maximum 15 euros per head you eat and drink to burst, the first dishes are homemade and tasty: with 10€ drinks excluded you are entitled to 2 huge firsts (one would suffice and are usually composed of a red pasta and a white (eg pasta with mushrooms-pomodoro cacio and pepper or risotto... but there are so many others and if the place is not too full you can ask for something particular. Then come 3 seconds with the contour: generally the seconds are the classic homemade dishes: pork, stuffed zucchini, chicken and peppers etc. As a contour never misses the beans, which are a class here even if to me it is not that they drive mad... You always end up with a slice of dessert: nothing special, I rarely eat it because I always end up too full. In short, if you want to go to dinner outside with friends and really spend a nonsense to eat to satiety this is the right place, but clearly you can not claim the service from grand hotel or the fixation of Carlo Cracco. It is still a rustic and family-run environment. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday at lunch you should always book otherwise you can find everything full.
Pessimo food, the appetizer composed of a slice of salami, a half' of mortadella an unidentified slice, two olives a cucumber a cherry, a small piece of frittata and a piece of bread with a bruschetta. We had booked for four but the fourth person felt bad, made us pay two euros and 50 for the appetizer of the missing person???? wine of the house more water than wine. Never again, bad experience, rude staff apart from a gentleman/guest/all to do.
As already written in the title I think this place should focus more on quality than on quantity!!! We stayed at dinner here Saturday night intrigued by a business card that passed through our hands. The menu includes for € 10 per head: Appetizer 2 Primors 3 Seconds Contorno Dolce Bevande excluded We arrive and the first impression is to see already all the appetizers prepared at each table (I understand that the room is full of Saturday evening but so it looks like a school canteen) The two primans are two large pasta dishes brought to the center to be divided. The menu is fixed so you can't choose. They brought us a amatrician (but you belong the spicy sauce had nothing of amatrician) and pasta and beans. Second we get the stew with artichokes, sauce sausages and meatloaf (always in the same way as pasta or in the center to be divided) and by contour carrots. Overall the second was not bad but the dessert was really bad!! The service is slow and the staff is little smiling and helpful. You've never seen a place where you have to line up to pay because there's no one you need. I don't think I'll be back.
2 fish menus and a pizza menu: A bruschetta with some SURGELATE DISGUSTOSE clams, Spaghetti with nut and three flavorless clams, As a second SURGELATE mussels with nut, Two shrimps and a fillet of nauseating fish, all SURGELATO. As a contour a bucket of beans and onion obviously in the fish menu FOR the pizza menu no fried because they were FINITI! Three slices aged and dried, of meats, and a bruschetta with frozen tomatoes without oil or salt. Pizza SURGELATA with acid mozzarella. To conclude cake that more than sweet seemed a Foratino. If you're welcome, you don't know what you're doing! I went to Mc Donald to eat a sandwich.
