Love this place. Drive through is a but unprofessional at times either the attendants are too busy joking around and the order of cars gets scrambled..and or extra items like honey mustard or salt are missed time and time again. My husband and I moved to the area about 14 months ago. We began this silly “tradition” of going to Chick-fil-a for lunch every Saturday after the long, and exhausting work week. When we moved here, the Frederick location stole our hearts because they had THE CRISPIEST fries and were SO GOOD. I would brag to anyone visiting that they had to try these fries because they were just THAT good and worth the 20 minute drive for. About 6 months ago, something changed. I don’t know if it was the fry guy on duty went away to college or there was an internal decision to change the cook time minus 2 minutes, but now they taste like normal “meh” fries…nothing to write home about, nothing I brag to visiting family members about anymore…Please bring back the crispy fries or at least the option to ask for them.P.s. we still do this silly tradition every Saturday but always joke how we miss the crispy fry guy… we miss him so much.Sincerely, your loyal Red member (soon to be signature member),Sam
