Mcdonald's - Frederick

The order was accurate and the process went smoothly. It would be nice if all McDonald's locations could show more courtesy by saying something like, "Your order is complete. Is there anything else you would like to add?" A staff member mentioned that it would be less rude. The meal for two was well prepared.

They always serve a gigantic cone! The cocoskola is fantastic, and the fries are consistently hot. The community truly supports this restaurant; they are always 100% reliable!

I noticed the manager handling the fry funnel and freezer with his bare hands. He was an older man wearing a brown shirt. This happened at 6:34 PM on August 5th. I wasn't even surprised by the other customers' reactions.

I stopped by on a Sunday morning for a quick takeout. It was the fastest carryout experience I've had at a McDonald's in quite some time.

The customer service is friendly and efficient, and the dining room has a new design that makes it a pleasant space for a fast food restaurant. The prices are reasonable, which is typical for McDonald's and fast food overall.
