Mcdonald's - Frederick

The timing of the delivery was perfect. The driver was excellent, and the food arrived warm and delicious. We ordered a family pack that included fish fillets, fries, and a double cheeseburger. Everything was great!

I had a disappointing experience at McDonald's recently. The food was served cold, and it took an hour for them to fulfill our order. They claimed they were short-staffed, but even so, it shouldn't take that long to prepare a Big Mac and some nuggets. I feel like it was a huge waste of money; my wife and I couldn’t even finish a quarter of the food because it was so unsatisfactory. The delivery driver informed us that he had to wait over an hour for our order to be ready. Overall, it was the worst fast food experience we've ever had. On a positive note, the driver was fantastic and kept my wife updated every 10-15 minutes, so I gave him a $10 tip for the trouble he went through while we waited.

The biscuit was good but a little hard at the bottom of it, the coffee wasnt good at all, way to sweet, I shouldnt have ordered cream and hazenut combined, didnt tasted good

They gave me extremelt over cooked hashbrowns . Unateable. Rest of breakfast was ok

I received several incorrect items with my order. Instead of a Quarter Pounder, I got a Big Mac with extra mayo. They also forgot to add chocolate to my hot chocolate and sent me lukewarm milk instead.
