Panera Bread Urbana Pike - Frederick

If you are looking for a broth with very little chicken or vegetables, then this is the dish for you. Unfortunately, the portion size is only suitable for one person. The service was terrible and the item on the menu was disappointing.

The bread on the lobster roll was fresh but lacked flavor. The chicken noodle soup was good but served lukewarm. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to ignore us and only called our number when our food was ready. They need to improve their process for better service.

I really enjoyed the tomato soup, apple salad, and Mediterranean sandwich at this restaurant!

The new Chicken Cordon Bleu Melt Stacked Toasted Baguette was amazing.

We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Baltimore, Ohio. It was during a very busy time but the restaurant was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant, despite the rush. Our order was taken quickly and everything was exactly as we requested with no mistakes. We have a Panera Bread near our house in Baltimore and the service there is not great with frequent mistakes in our order, so we appreciate the good work at the Panera in Urbana!
