Panera Bread Urbana Pike - Frederick

While this restaurant technically offers vegan options, the selection is very limited. I recommend going a little further and getting a sandwich at Common Market instead, as they have a much wider variety of vegan options, including vegan meat and cheese. There is also a Cava location nearby. Personally, I don't even think of Panera when deciding where to eat as a vegan, as there are easier and better options available.

The prices have gone up noticeably. The food is still good, however the restaurant was the dirtiest I have ever seen. No one came to assist or seemed to notice when I cleaned a table. It was not even busy on a Wednesday night, so I expected better.

We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Baltimore, Ohio. It was during a very busy time but the restaurant was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant, despite the rush. Our order was taken quickly and everything was exactly as we requested with no mistakes. We have a Panera Bread near our house in Baltimore and the service there is not great with frequent mistakes in our order, so we appreciate the good work at the Panera in Urbana!

The bread on the lobster roll was fresh but lacked flavor. The chicken noodle soup was good but served lukewarm. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to ignore us and only called our number when our food was ready. They need to improve their process for better service.

Has not understood the thing correctly, but they are bent backwards to quickly correct it and make our experience as perfect as possible. I think that should earn a 5-star rating anywhere. love panera... and you're getting toooo
