Avaliação da contribuiçãoExpensive!!! If you spend $5/day at Starbucks each working day (250 days/year) and could make it at home for $1 (probably less), that is $1000/year, $10,000 per decade. Even if you don't need $4 a day you could probably feed a couple of kids in a developing country quite well for that amount.

Unfortunately, I cannot give this restaurant a zero-star rating. My wife and I visited this place on 2/12 at 9:45 PM. My wife was waiting in line, but the young man, who claimed to be the manager, refused to acknowledge her. Another customer of the same race approached the counter and he quickly served them. I politely asked why he acknowledged them and not my wife, who had been waiting for several minutes. He briefly mentioned that she was in the wrong area. It was clear that he was not interested in providing fair service to all customers. The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor.
I have always had great experiences at this restaurant. My drinks are always perfect and the staff is friendly and respectful. However, my recent visit was disappointing. I drove three hours to my favorite spot, greeted my friends behind the counter, and placed my order. But to my surprise, there was a new employee working that day. I ordered my usual drink, a venti caramel macchiato in a trenta cup with non-fat milk, pralins, espresso, caramel, mocha, whipped cream, and cocoa powder on top. Unfortunately, the drink was not made to my usual specifications and was not at the temperature I requested. I expressed my frustration to the employee, who apologized and corrected the mistake. Despite this mishap, I will return to this restaurant as long as the issue is resolved. I give it four stars.
