Mimizawa - Fredericton

Have picked up sushi here several times, most recently for a surprise treat for my wife. Fresh, tasty, and when there before lunch, a good selection.

Even though this is just a small kiosk in the middle of a mall, the owner makes the best sushi in town! Everything is made fresh daily and usually sells out so go early for the best selection. They also have fresh samosas and smoothies.

OK, I am no sushi expert, this is probably pretty basic stuff, but I fell in love the first time I bought a takeout lunch sushi from Mimizawa. This is "just" a kiosk in the downtown Fredericton Mall (no sit down except down the mall in the restaurant area) but they make beautiful fresh sushi every day. A relatively inexpensive lunch option, they also sell samosas, quesidillas and fruit smoothies. I am a big fan of their spicy California roll and Dynamite roll, I probably buy one or the other once a week at least. Always incredibly fresh.
