Avaliação da contribuiçãoI tried the steak tacos and they are really good and tasted authentic. They have a great variety of tacos from steak and chicken to tripa. I will say the tacos are on the smaller side but have double the tortilla so you need like 3-4. I would go with corn tortillas over the flour bc they taste home made. They do charge about a dollar extra for onions, cilantro and cheese (combo) but you can choose which one you want and how much. I also tried their lemonade which is really an agua fresca I enjoyed it but if you prefer a sweeter lemonade it's not the drink for you. I had to bring down points for the actual place the seats were ripped, and there were flies everywhere. Therefor I recommend getting your food to go.
Our favorite taco joint in DFW. We love everything we've had here. Everything is really well seasoned and cooked fresh to order. Our favorites are the lengua, al pastor, suadero, and tripa tacos on corn tortillas. Think about this place a lot and wish I lived closer.
No frills, solid taco spot if you're ever in the area. This has been a staple in the area for many, many years and the quality hasn't changed one bit.Prices have popped up a little bit over the years (but really, what hasn't? and it can occasionally take a long time to either call in your order or order your food, as there's always a steady flow of traffic. These tacos are definitely on the smaller side but the meats are super flavorful. I'm usually a fan of their pastor, steak, and suadero tacos you can't really go wrong with any of these. Occasionally one of the meats is a little dry but otherwise its a solid taco overall.I'd recommend calling the order in ahead of time. Parking can be a little tough during busy times and the line may take a while to get through, but this place is worth a stop if passing by the area!
I've been wanting to visit this spot for years, but I don't visit downtown Dallas enough to stop by. My manager recently reminded me of this place, and I was downtown for an anime convention, so it was perfect timing. The restaurant is a little outdated and dirty, but that's how you know the food is going to be FIRE. The menu was simple and easy to understand. You have your typical street tacos, tortas, quesadillas, and drinks. Luckily, we came right before the dinner rush because after we sat down, the restaurant was PACKED and the line went from one end to the other. The tables were pretty dirty. I'm not sure if the workers wipe them down after someone sits there, but I grabbed some paper towels and wiped them before sitting. My boyfriend and I ordered 10 tacos, each with different meats so we can try them out. I also got a horchata fresca as well, and it was one of the best horchata that I tried. Idk what they did, but the drink was light, and there wasn't too much of that grainy part inside. It took about 10 mins for the tacos to come out, and HOLY SH*T, the tacos were ALL SO FREAKIN' GOOD!!! I loved my typical lingua and tripe tacos, but the highlight was the suadero tacos. I think that's a thin slice of beef, but it was juicy and authentic and they have the perfect amount of onion and cilantro.I regret not buying more of the suadero tacos, and the line was too long for me to get some to-go. I took off one star because of the cleanliness. I usually don't mind but the tables were really dirty and there were flies flying around. I'll definitely grab like 6+ tacos next time for myself because I've been thinking about their juicy tacos for days now. Delicious!!
Don't let the unassuming appearance deter you. This place is loaded with character and loaded with delicious food! Best tacos I have had in Dallas! (And I have had a lot of tacos) We found this place through good reviews and they are all true! The tacos are delicious! Order four. That should do the trick! And order the Horchata! Delicious! This is our new place when we come to Dallas! Hands down!
