Avaliação da contribuiçãoBest Italian in town. One should normally book a table, but it's totally worth it! Great service and even though it lacks the atmosphere sometimes, the food makes up for it . Best thing is to just ask the owner to surprise you or order the spaghetti with scampi even if they're not on the menu - mind blowing!!
You can miss it if you are not paying attention but it took me back to my trip to Italy, was the best meal I have during my 2 week trip to Germany!
This is my second time at the restaurant in the past year. I am from Canada and I now purposely fly into Munich knowing I will have a meal there. The atmosphere is wonderful. On both visits, the staff was very friendly and the owner came out and sat with us for a few minutes. If you speak Italian, the conversation will last a little longer. The food is amazing. I really like the Buffalo Mozzarella and tomato salad. The mozzarella comes from the south of Italy. Enjoy !We did have a little issue at the end of our meal, we were not able to pay for the meal with our Visa or MasterCard which left us scrambling for enough cash(Euros and Canadian) to cover the bill. They only take American Express or Cash.
We stumbled upon this restaraunt after our first choice was closed. It is somewhat hidden back by a tennis club. Although the inside restaurant was filled, they were gratious enough to allow us to order from an outside table. We had fetticini with meat sauce, penne arrabiata and pizza margarita. The food was fresh, tasty and thoroughly enjoyable. After eating so much hearty german food, this was an excellent change of pace. Great Italian in the heart of Bavaria!
Every time when I visit my family in Freising, I go to this restaurant to get pizza or pasta. It's not only obe of my favorite restaurants in Freising, but also my parent's who seem to get dinner the every other weekend. Enzo and his personnel are really friendly and the food is always delicious.
