Rocky Bay Cafe Delicatessen

Came all the way from Spokane Wa. with my 90 year old dad to have the fish and chips, everytime he visits we have to go to get the halibut and chips, only to be told by the waiter they have never had those on the menu , then proceeded to tell us where to go to get halibut and chips, went to Blue Water Bar and Grill instead. Funny to tell us that, guess you should take the fish and chips made with halibut off your menu! Saw your reply! Pulled it up on Google again,the fact that the waiter claimed YOU NEVER HAVE IT , was the problem if he had just said ,I'm sorry we don't carry that anymore would have been taken alot better, and possibly said we have this now, would have been nice. As an owner it is very sad that response was yelling. Maybe try to update all menus on line and enough staff to suggest other alternatives, would have made our day. But thank u anyway for your response.

Places consistently good food good customer service. Yes they can get busy but put your name in and give them your phone number and walk and they will call you. A lot of mediocre restaurants on the island, this one has always been consistently good for us

We were looking for a new place in Friday Harbor for our annual glamping trip. Walked in and from the second we were there, Danny made us feel so welcome, we stayed for lunch. Food portions were great, tasted great and service was amazing. Highly recommend, good for kids and adults alike.

We really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and the pancakes were huge. Also really great service!
