La Escondida - Friendswood

It is convenient and eating is ok, but the service was always terrible. tonight was the worst. our server never came to the table until he was ready to pay the bill. we never got water, never cleaned our teller and we had to ask him to fill our drinks. one of us would catch him, and then he would turn and go, even if the rest of the table wanted a refill. he brought us three times the bill, and I still eat my meal. it felt like we were an arrangement all the time. I really want to like this place.

It was my nephew graduation dinner and it was my and my parents 1st time there but the food and drinks were so delicious

The food was good and the service given to me was exceptional. But when I ordered an appetizer, it fill both me and my father up and we had to pack our main course in a To-go container. Kinda wastes the good quality food if I have to heat it up at home. Ii really liked how he personally packed our food up tho, never seen that happened in any other restaurants.

Our 1st visit was amazing. Our waitress was helpful without hovering... Both entrees were great as was the suggested cheese cake sopapilla... Larry, the General Manager sealed the deal; checking on our meal and sharing a moment with us... Go. You won't be disappointed.

I think these reviews must be written by employees! This was the worst breakfast. It's really hard to mess up French toast. I got literally 2 hotdogs buns that were both over and undercooked. Like I don't understand how it can be so bad after all the fabulous reviews.... do not come here. IHOP is better and that's saying alot
