Icon Meals Retail - Frisco

When my wife said she was ordering a new meal prep service, I was stoked. We got ICON delivered and had our first meal, which looked less impressive than a frozen TV dinner you get at your local grocery store. We ate the food, the meat was chewy and had zero flavor. Two days later what do you know? My wife and I are bought getting thoroughly cleaned out, wife has a 101 fever and both feel weak. We tried emailing ICON about this and they had nothing to say. We never get food poisoning. Coincidence? I think not. Would not recommend to our worst enemy.

Do not order from Icon meals. Not only does it not taste good, but I had also gotten sick from all the meals. Their customer service is the worse, I tried to get a refund and they wouldn't. So just spend your money elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. These meals were awful. They look super unappetizing and are so bland. I couldn’t eat them without gagging. They made me sick to my stomach. I followed the recommended cooking times and the shrimp were so rubbery they squeaked when I chewed them. The ground turkey and beef were the consistency of wet dog food. The customer service is also horrible. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t give me one because nothing was wrong with the food, when clearly there were many issues.

The young Asian male worker needs to work on his greetings skills , making a customer feel welcome and wanted. He was not very knowledgeable when asked about items in store and online.
