I have been asked to pay full price for one empty additional/to purchase small box even after purchasing 2 and half dozen donuts? Noticed this attitude with female representatives all the times in this store?
Customer service was great but donuts were bad. Tasted old/stale even though the hot now sign was on. I?ve given them a few tries and every time they?re bad.
Worst doughnuts I ever had from any of their locations. They have lost their touch for sure. They look and taste the same awful ?
I just got the dozen. All of donuts looked so old. The reason that I love the Krispy is fresh and soft . But all of donuts were not fresh.(the red sign was on) look at the shape. The donuts were too hard to bite!!!!! The cashier overcharged. They did not know what promotions they offered. Even, they did not know how to refund. So horrible experience. Bye Krispy Frisco.
Come on Krispy Kreme!!!! Since when are your donuts not warm and soft? It almost tasted like it was refrigerated. To make matters worse, I was on a Donut date with my two younger sons and as we sat there it was apparent they hadn?t pulled out a broom or mop any time in months. If I could have posted a pic you could have enjoyed the sprinkle, crumbs, and random bugs in the corners. So needless to say I?ll have to drive a little farther to get our sugar fix.
