Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen - Frisco

The waiter took too long to take our order. He forgot to bring the mimosa with the meal. My food was cold, my egg was overcooked on the eggs benedict. My the hollandaise sauce is server cold, and the server stated its dervef at room temperature. My order was remade with a smaller protein portion and was sloppily plated. The server did comp my meal and also overcharged me for two mimosas. The server offered to go drinks and never brought them. Unfortunately cold food has been a recurring issue at both DFW locations, I won't be back.
