Mcdonald's - Frostproof

Ordered and paid via app at 9:46am. Parked in space and waited 25 minutes. Drove around to ask about order. They said, it 's in here so I informed that I would wait in pick up spot because there were vehicles lined up at the window. Waited another 10 minutes. Order was brought out. It was cold after sitting inside. Informed the employee I would wait for a replacement because the order was unacceptable. After waiting several minutes and two more employees, my fresh order was delivered to my parking spit. Wait time from order time to delivery time, 40 minutes. Extremely poor service.

Don't like the self service kiosk . I paid cash but had to wait for someone to run the register. Food was ok cool fries However a decent hot burger.
