Fuji Oishi Hana Terrace

I love this place! Get Shingen mochi parfait! It’s a famous treat in Yamanshi! If you come on a day with very nice weather it’s the best place to be! I recommend going here and enjoying walking around Kawaguchiko it’s so relaxing and seeing Mount Fuji that close is breath taking!

Completed this year and should serve as an example to the surrounding area especially the kawaguchi town area and surrounding lake side to smarten up their act. This location has a selection of stores and cafes, they unfortunately though are all serving very similar produce foods sweets and desserts which is rather poorly thought out as the outdoor seating spaces and terraces are very nice ... its just the choice of 'eating ' is limited really they could do with, for example, a houtou (perhaps serving a specialty take on this using local meats) and a cafe serving breads/wraps/soups or items more appealing to 'general ' though again produced from purely local ingredients So its a great spot to stop and take a look around but at the present time a missed opportunity business wise ie visitor engagement wise

Fun set of stores! I recommend the washi paper store and the cafe upstairs.

Great location, amazing view, ice cream magical just one down they close early.. Close at 5 or 6 o'clock but ice cream is closing at 16h... Even in summer

Nice little quaint area to chill around Yamanakako ! Lots of cute little shops and cafes and much better in sunny weather ! Lots of local specialities to discover ! Definitely advising you to check it out ! The garden around is very nice ! Try to ice cream and cafe made with local milk and to dry fruits shop ! Super yummy !!
