Hikari Yougashi-ten - Fukuyama

The owner is really friendly and their cookies are the sweetest thing! so many different types and shape. I'm on a bike tour through South Japan and I'm glad I stopped here for a desert!

The chocolate cake seemed like a regular, non-vegan chocolate cake. I had to double check, it was vegan. the fruity was clearly vegan with soy cream (I believe) but also very tasty. loved the icing cookies- looks like they could order them online with certain tracking. would be great for gifts.
