Papa Johns Pizza - Fullerton

I didn 't even get a chance to experience the food from this location but I can honestly see why all the 1-star reviews! I 'm visting the city and attempted to order 2 pizzas for my 2 14 y/o boys! I call and after battling the language barrier, my order was placed. Expecting that my food was being prepared for delivery, I was blindsided by a phone call by an employee who was all but empathetic and understanding, informing me that my order couldn 't be delivered because of my choice pay cash. Citing that they get a lot of prank calls so if I didn 't offer up my credit card information for the first order, I simply couldn 't have my order fulfilled. As if I couldn 't make a prank call on my second order! Domino 's offered a faster delivery time anyway!

Great pizzas, makesure to use the carryout deals for $13 XL 1 toppings. They were out of plates.

Their pizza is pretty good, my daughter's favorite is Hawaii, and the food is getting better time after time.Friendly staff always offer me discounts.

Guy picked up the phone to rudely let me know it'll be a TWO HOUR wait, and hung up before I could say anything.

The most rude pizza place you can go to. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door. How hard is it to say welcome to Papa John's give me a minute and I will get right with you
