Pizzeria Forno A Legna Da Valter

This is the smallest pizzeria in the world I think I can safely say...... but certainly the best pizza ever !!! Twenty out of ten for Valter's pizza...all our guests get a night in there as its just round the corner from Antico Borgo. Best to get a group going then you can get a slice of all the different pizzas.....leave some space for the Nutella (chocolate) pizza, if you ve never tried it do...it's heaven......this pizzeria is excellent value for money..

When in England I do not eat pizza any more this is the fault of this restaurant!!!! Because once you have eaten one of their pizzas no other pizza will ever be good enough. The pizzas are made in varieties I have never been offered before the wine is cheap and plentiful . When I visited last I sat next to people who had traveled from Rome to eat here. I would recommend this restaurant highly.

When we visited we just thought we were off for a pizza each as we are used to at home but NO we had an enormous variety of pizzas which we shared with all our lovely friends. Great atmosphere and loved the pizzas without cheese which is VERY unlike me. Wonderful.

La pizzeria si trova all'interno dei vicoli del centro storico di fumo. la loro pizza è sottile al punto giusto, davvero grande è sempre un piacere di tornare.

Sono rimasto stupito dalla bellezza del villaggio e dalla magica atmosfera di altri tempi. Avevo prenotato un tavolo esterno nel vicolo di accesso alla pizzeria e siamo stati gentilmente accolti. Non abbiamo preso antipasto per ottenere la migliore pizza assaggiata favorevolmente da amici, ma alcune bruschette e crostini molto buoni. la pizza è sottile ma nonostante questo, ma ha una buona consistenza al centro e una piacevole freschezza verso l'esterno, gli ingredienti sono di qualità e il palato è puro piacere, e più importante, la digeribilità, per me che ho alcuni problemi intestinali, (soprattutto con la stragrande maggioranza dei vari impasti di pizza) non sentono che pesantezza e sensazione di gonfiore, mi ha conquistato, insieme al conto finale aggiunto.
