Furano Natulux

Excellent location. Right by the station, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants (given that downtown Furano is also very walkable anywhere). Staffs are very helpful and polite. Self check-in and check-out were very convenient and fast. Staffs gave orientation at check-in for services offered on the premises. The hotel’s maps to all the eateries were extremely helpful, too. Room is small but great view, super clean and comfortable.

Location is good as it is near the JR station and restaurants. Dryer is faulty as we need to dry 3 times for small load. Room is decent sized. Cleanliness is lacking as bedsheet is kinda of dirty with some stains Service is poor. Requested for an additional towel as it was wet but was rejected.

The service attitude of the afternoon and nighttime front desk is quite amusing. Those who care a lot about service attitude are advised not to stay here. It might be better to consider other hotels.

Staff are very helpful and professional. The hotel is very nicely finished, particularly in the large family style rooms that are adjacent to the main building. The room was always immaculately cleaned and the toiletries and tea/coffee refilled. The hotel is right next to the JR station which is very convenient. It also has a public bath available for use which is a great way to relax after a day of skiing!

Awesome modern hotel for your Furano adventures. The staff are extremely polite, kind, and helpful. The Japanese breakfast is great and very filling, perfect for a day of powder skiing. The location is great for those arriving by train, right across from the JR station and the hotel is near most of the restaurants in Furano proper. The only drawback is the distance to the ski area; however, the front desk provides you free bus fare up to the slopes. Just check the bus schedule as the times are a little spaced out.
