Applebee's - Gadsden

Dinner ordered from here via a delivery service. Wife I ordered steaks (Parmesan Shrimp Sirloin Bourbon St Steak). Both were deliciously cooked right. Pages were tasteful and well cooked. The onion rings were still crunchy during delivery. So good that we had to call the manager to let them know how good everything was tonight.

Our server was awesome. Drinks were kept full and she was checking on this just enough to be professional, and not intrusive. Steaks were cooked to perfection and absolutely love dessert

Waitress was great for them being understaffed main problem was how long the food took and the fact that it was so low quality for us to sit there an hour for food. I waited and explained the situation to the manager. He spoke to me in the most disrespectful and disgusting and most unprofessional manner EVER I wasn?t rude and I wasn?t asking for a handout I just wanted to let it be known to him we will NEVER go back!

If Jeff is not the manager, he ought to be. If Jeff is the manager, then great choice! He was friendly, service was great and he allowed our search and rescue dog on the patio and brought him his own bowl of water. We will be back! Thanks for a great lunch!

Very clean inside and outside. apparently not working too short. friendly and attentive server. prime rib dipper was a wonderful sandwich high stacked with hot bark covered with melted (swiss) cheese, and embellished bevelling. I enjoyed this sandwich. it comes with American cheese, but I prefer Swiss. the dipping sauce was very bland, watery, tasteless wobble sauce, they need to work, but the sandwich was very good and worth the price. I'm coming with pommes.
