Usually friendly staff. Usually fast service. Order ahead with the app is great and about 50% wait even when ordering a couple hours in advance, which is disappointing. I feel like if I give 2 hours notice, you should have my food hot and fresh at the time I ordered ahead for. Breakfast is spotty at this location. Sometimes it's super fast and fresh, sometimes it's slow and stale. Overall, I like it, and I appreciate the early hours since I have to be at work at 6am and my only other option is McDonald's. I will say though... If there were other restaurants open that early, I would tank Jack's lower. They get bonus points for being open so early. Less points for quality. But overall, I usually enjoy this location, convenience, and (mostly) friendly staff. They're also usually prompt in the mornings. I just feel like sometimes I'm getting leftovers. I will continue to go. I appreciate everyone working in these hard times! But there could be some improvements. No more heat lamp fries please!!!!

Great food every time. personal friendly. I ordered a perfect burger and a perfect burger. I always don't order any spices on my flesh and no salt on my fries and light spices on my burger and my food comes perfectly with a smile each time. I love this place.
