I feel that The Alley is on the right track and look forward to our next experience there. OP: We bowled here for an hour and there were several lane breakdowns, one that lasted over 5 minutes. We also had to press the reset multiple times as the pinsetter would drop pins. We asked for more time to finish 4 frames and the cashier stated that she had added all the time she would. I'm not sure if that was her decision or if she wasn't given the authority to compensate for the inconvenience. There were 2 other lanes in use at the time, it wasn't at all busy. The building and the interior seem to show an investment in the experience, a customer first approach.
Went to a birthday party for a soccer teammate of my grandson...6 and under. The party rooms are small but it was fine, all the kids loved the bowling, when we had time in the arcade there were lots of teenagers running through, not seeming to care who they ran into. When an adult would ask them to allow down and look where they were going, they ignored it.
Bar has few options. They use sunny d in drinks that are supposed to/are advertised to have orange juice. Less and less games as time goes on that don't solely recolve around tickets. More video games please. Friendly staff
Great place for birthday parties and to have a great time. Didn't give five stars just cause alot of the arcade games wasnt working other than that awesome place and staff.
This place has really went down hill, the lanes are really bad and when the gate comes down after the first ball it knocks a couple pins down lol , don't bet your brother's on lane 17 lol I'm not going back.
