Brawta Jamaican Jerk Joint

Definitely delicious, the taste and spice is there.Portions could be bigger for the price. No parkingPatties were burnt. I will try the jerk chicken next time because the flavour of the food was great. No gravy on the rice, it was important for my experience to be complete.

The food was outstanding. Seasoned well and so tasty. Visiting Halifax for the first time and it was well worth the trip. Will definitely visit again when deciding to take the trip to Halifax in the future.

The service is great. We have been going there very often for more than a year. The last time we were there the gravy was watered down and had no taste. The food didn't taste like real Jamaican oxtail. We spent over $65 in food. If you don't have enough to make two double plates just say so we would understand. Honestly I threw the food out when we went home and it was a waste of our money coming from Sackville to your restaurant twice a month. We were very disappointed and will not be coming again.

The food was ok. Had the festival and plantings. I did not like that lady overcharging us. The food was $11.70 Canadian and she charged us the same in US dollars. When it was $0.70 US for each Canadian $1. Well will not go there again. Bad

After days of seafood while visiting Nova Scotia was looking for something different. Brawta did not disappoint. Fast, Tasty food. Had the jerk chicken with curry gravy. Would recommend and return on my next visit.
