Starbucks - Gahanna

I found this situation unacceptable and suggested that, considering how busy the restaurant was, they should have access to larger bills, but they insisted they couldn't retrieve them from the safe. When I was asked if I had a smaller bill, I regrettably said I didn’t. I asked how I could pay for my drink, and requested my $100 back. She told me I would have to wait for that. It was puzzling that she could retrieve my $100 from the safe when she had previously claimed she couldn't access it. Ultimately, I ended up paying with my PayPal account instead. I find this situation to be absurd and believe no one should have to go through such inconveniences. I may need to reconsider dining here in the future, as it's disappointing how a single unpleasant interaction can tarnish the experience at a place I used to enjoy.

Fatima M. was a truly delightful and friendly barista. She crafted the best caramel frappuccino I've ever had! I really enjoyed both the service and the drink!
