Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Gainesville

I went to this restaurant 2 hours before closing and sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes with no response. I ended up having to go inside because of the lack of service. The guy at the counter was rude and kept saying that they no longer offer items that were still listed on the menu. Then I had to wait for two Blizzards that were poorly made and melted. It was a disappointing experience for the 5th time. I believe it's time to try a different location or just go to Culver's for better and consistently great service and food.

My banana split took approximately 10 minutes to arrive. When it did, it consisted of chocolate and vanilla ice cream with a banana, all of good quality. However, it was missing the pineapple and strawberries, which left me slightly disappointed. Other than that, everything else about the experience was fine.

Good service but they should leave some front light on to let people know their drive thru is open. We didn't stop because I thought it was closed and turned around when my granddaughter looked up the hours of business

We love DQ and the staff are great the food is great and the Blizzards are the bomb

Heath blizzard wit fudge all day baybeeee! And they made me use of outside sockets after closing. Brought Lincoln Burger and Chicken. Very nice of them to do this!.
