Vegan Gator Food Truck - Gainesville

My daughter and I just got back from High Springs Brewing and the Vegan Gator Food Truck was there! Delicious burger and BBQ, tasty fries, and super friendly service. I will seek this place out in the future and I'm not even a vegetarian. Highly recommended.

Even though I'm not vegan, I found Vegan Gator to be incredibly tasty and satisfying. They also offer gluten-free choices, which was a nice bonus. Alex was very welcoming and made my visit enjoyable. I will definitely be returning.

I have probably had the best vegan food of my life at this restaurant. I highly recommend trying the cauliflower wangz - they are so delicious that I want more. The owner is also super nice. The food is truly amazing and goes beyond expectations.
