Burgerim - Gaithersburg

It's either false advertising or employees don't know the products. We purchased burgers with bacon. We asked if it was halal and were told no. We were then denied a refund or proper replacement. We lost money and the food. Horrible customer service!

Got some carryout and the burger gave me food poisoning! You NEED to throw away burgers when they start turning grey!! And burning them doesn't kill the bacteria also. My burgers were burnt to almost a crisp! The manager or KM should know this as they take safe serve classes to be a manager! Watch what you order cuz they getting ppl sick out here!!

Good burger, ok onion rings, totally busted drink dispenser pooling a sticky syrupy mess on the floor and leaving patrons soaked and/or parched.

WORST burger and Customer service on 3/2/23. I will take my chances with McDonald’s. The patty was dry and my cheese didn’t look fresh. Also totally overpriced for the small patty, the sesame seed bun broke apart. First and last time at this establishment.

It’s okay.People who says they’re the best probably never had a good burger because the patties are but dry.It’s priced slightly above fast food and presentation and quality is also slightly above fast food.Fries are crispy, lightly salted pretty good thickness it’s like a 1/2 inch sides, in between McDonald and Burger King, dimension wise.They do have the coke mixer machine so that’s a plus.Review of people who orders burger with bacon and are shock to find they’re not halal is ridiculous though.
