Thin, stringy hand pulled noodles or fat dumpling like knife cut noodles? That?s the first question, followed by preparation. Then finally what protein, if any, you want with it! In the end you get a very tasty bowl of noodles for a very good price!!! They also have fried rice, scallion pancakes and dumplings!!! All very yummy! I got to enjoy a noodle making show with my dinner and will definitely come back again!!
Decent noodles, but the broth could have used some more flavor. I had the roast pork noodle soup. The dumplings were good. The woman at the counter didn?t take our order correctly after repeating it twice, which was a bit frustrating.
We came here many times, but tonight it was horrible. There was hardly any noodles in my beef combo noodle soup. I had to buy an extra bowl of noodles for $3. My son order stir fry and there was hardly any roast pork or noodles. Tons of bell pepper, onions and bean sprout. He has order this many times and didn?t have all this veggies. The veggies was about 2/3 of the dish. It would be good for a vegetarian. Not worth the money and don?t get ripped off.
First time ever having hand pulled noodles and it was fun to see someone working with hand pulling noodles in the window. The gentleman behind the counter was very patient and helped us decide what to get since there wasn't a line behind us. So there's hand pull and knife sliced noodles. The hand pull are thin like a spaghetti/lo mein noodle. The knife sliced are thicker noodles with uneven cuts and fairly chewy. Also your options are soup or stir-fried with your choice
