I've eaten my weight in gelato in Italy. Martinucci was our favourite shop and they have many branches all around Italy with a great selection of gelato and sorbets! Would definitely recommend a visit (or many !

Completely chaotic shop with pastries and gelato that is average at best. If you buy a pastry, a coffee and a gelato, you have to stand in three lines to receive each individual item. Half the staff basically just stands there instead of taking orders while one person had to be both the cashier, barista and deliver pastries. Completely a tourist trap. Prices are also higher than most of Gallipoli. Some of the staff just looked at us trying to hand them our receipt, before walking away. Avoid this and go to some of the other great places in Gallipoli that have better items at lower costs, and with friendly service. This is a terrible shop.

Probably the best Martinucci store where I have been.. and I 've been in almost everyone the company has. I feel like they have the best 'martinucci gelato '. The atmosphere is very pleasant in the historic centre of Gallipoli; they also have an outside terrace with a wonderful view. I also bought a 'too good to go ' box and found delicious goodies!
