Urban - Galway

I have visited this restaurant twice in the last month. The staff is outstanding - friendly and efficient. The pizza is the best in Galway, and the prices are very reasonable. The pasta dishes are a bit salty for my taste, but not too overwhelming. My only suggestion would be for the management to give the toilets a refurbishment as they are clean but look tired.

I went to this restaurant for a Sunday lunch with my daughter. We started with Calamari Fritti, which were nice, and a Caesar's Salad, although the bread was soggy instead of crunchy. Our pizzas for the main course were large and had a good amount of toppings, but they arrived lukewarm and became chewy halfway through, making it difficult to cut with the provided knives. My espresso was almost cold and priced at €3.80. The service needs to be faster, and the food should be served promptly to avoid it sitting on the kitchen counter. The cutlery should be functional, not just aesthetically pleasing. The prices for the pizzas and coffee are high considering the mediocre quality.

The staff at Dario made our evening extremely enjoyable. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a fantastic dining experience. The food was exceptional. I highly recommend visiting Da Roberta's for a five-star meal. Thank you, Dario.
