Once I got a sandwich for the delivery and there was literally a fly in the Mayo on my sandwich. The orders are at least 50% of the time wrong, so we need to check them before we leave each time. Once we went, and they decided to close only early by 30 minutes and would not serve us even though it was during their planned hours. Once we went and they only accepted online orders and there were 30 minutes waiting for these orders. Once we asked the cashier about nutritional information and she said: I don't know? and Google watched the information itself and turns out that it was a huge sign on the wall with the information we asked. Update: Customers returned how bad customer service was. It?s comical to this point update: tries to order online for the first time, my sandwich was made incorrect
Always loved the fire department store in the past, and this was our first time that we came back to this for a while and I'm sad to say it was pitiful. The whole restaurant looked disgusting. They were made of ice. Okay, well can work with it, but all soda was flat. Also ordered children combos and they have no juice or milk, so the flat sodas were our only option. And with the children's meals came Brownie and cookies, both of which were so stale. How can you screw a brownie and a cookie?! Then we got our sandwiches and they were terrible. Bread was so stiff. Hot sandwiches were cold. Ingredients are missing. You were honestly barely edible. That makes me sad and I hope they can fix this because I love the mission behind the firehouse and they used to have so much quality.
The quality of this Firehouse Subs has drastically fallen. In the last few days alone there were 1-2 star reviews. My rating is no different from the last 3 recent reviews. The place is dirty and dirty. When the order was picked up, there was a spider crawling along the bag. The order itself lacked a salad and the lower parts were placed vertically in the pocket, making the dressings disappear everywhere. At the reception of the salad there were so many missing ingredients. That was the worst experience in any subshop we ordered.
My company has ordered from Firehouse in the past, but this experience was the worst. Not only the order came incomplete and incorrect, they were not willing to take steps that are necessary to correct the order. Your resolution was nothing to do. I don't talk about 1 or 2 subs, it was 12 and a salad. The only thing that was right with the whole order was the salad. The subs came either to the wrong bread and/or missing meat. There were 4 soda missing together with several chips. They didn't even need the time to mark the subs to clarify what you are. When we called their answer to the problem, nothing was to be done. I'm sure my company will find another place for lunch for her employees for the next time.
Food was ok but issues occured due to staff. We had ordered online and they were out of one of the items we ordered but we had paid extra for it. They offered us to give us an the meal without the item we paid extra for. They did not understand why we were hesitant and were asking for the money back on the item they did not want to give us. $2) We were told they were going to get a manager and a female came on the phone said she was the manager and spoke with us. had another conversation and she did not understand why we didn 't want to be charged for something we were not getting. After a couple of minutes she finally said, Ok let me get the manager to figure out how to do your refund. by this point I was mad because I knew she lied to us about being the manager. She came back to the phone and said they would sort it out when we picked up the food. We agreed but wanted a refund for the extra we paid. I went in and was told that they had not charged the $2 and we were good to go. Well... few days later I check my account and lo and behold.... they did indeed charge us. We won 't be going back there, watch your card they like to charge for items they do not provide.
