A&w - Garden City

Took the family for a cruise and some drive in food so we headed over to Ford road A&W. we LOVED it!! Food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. Staff was alert, ready, and kind (great management) . Well be back thank you !!

I went with a coupon and the speaker worker asked me for the address. I told her it says at participating locations there's no specific address. She gets an attitude and keeps asking me what address is on the coupon and I keep telling her what it says. After a couple of times I repeated it again and asked if they were participating and she sharply just said no. I'm not mad I couldn't use the coupon, I'm just put off about her attitude and will just go to the one downriver because at least they're nice. And they have the car hop set-up not a drive through so you get more of an experience. Whoever was working at the speaker should get reeducated on customer service because I know I wasn't rude or anything because I make it a point to be nice to workers, especially since covid hit.

I love this place. They are always good and I don't remember ever having any problems here. Love rootbeer floats.

Waitress brought food out to car promptly, was very pleasant. Food was great.

Only one in the DFW area good to see more food was made hastly
