We went back through the Drive Thru to get it corrected, only to be told they were out of our selected upcharges (cheese being one of them). It would have been nice to have been told that at the window. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to request that through the app. Cmon, man....at least apologize and offer a free Taco or something....
Love the famous potato bowl. The drive thru employee was polite and friendly.
My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite on Saturday afternoon, we got our food and sat down to eat, as I was putting sauce on my taco I noticed that the cheese had blue-green MOLD on it. He sent the taco back as that’s incredibly unsafe and we ate the rest of our food but I woke up the next day vomiting and with horrible stomach pain and diarrhea. It is incredibly unacceptable and downright disgusting to serve patrons food that you can see has mold on it, we will be calling corporate and the health dept as well as cautioning everyone we know to avoid this location at all costs. This is not the first time we’ve had a negative experience at this specific location and we won’t be wasting any more of our money here.EDIT: my husband informed me that when he was waiting for the food to be remade, the employees didn’t even bother to change the container of cheese that had the mold in it. He got KCF and didn’t get sick at all.
This location needs all new management. Horribly ran.
They need help terribly bad The service is fine The weight is crazy because they Don't have any help it's pitiful They are sweating their butts off and some of the customers are very short fuses
