Normally I feel a bit uncomfortable at fast food places, but this one was a pleasant surprise. The tables were spotless, the restroom was very clean, and Brittany at the register provided excellent service. I commend this location for their high standards and hope that others, including their competitors, will follow suit and strive for the same level of excellence. Thank you so much!
The food at this restaurant was delicious. I decided to try the chubby chicken burger, expecting it to come with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles, but unfortunately it did not have any of those toppings. The service was good and the staff were polite, however, I had to go back a few times to remind them about the condiments and fries that were missing from my order. I also found it strange that I had to pay an extra 70 cents for a small quantity of Chipotle Mayo sauce, as in the US, condiments are typically free and unlimited at fast food restaurants. This seems to be a common practice among many fast food joints, not just A&W.
Pretty much just seeing what others have said so far about this location. The staff is very efficient and the service is stellar. Food is always warm and the order is always on point. Inside the restaurant is very clean so I can’t knock any stars from my final verdict. 100% I would recommend this location. Keep up the great work.
So this morning, we ordered from A W via Door Dash. We got our food in a good amount of time. On the app, you can tell when the driver is close to your house too. I would order from here again. I had great experience! The food tasted delicious!!!
This location is just amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is always warm and fresh. The order always accurate. For a fast food joint, this location takes pride in their service. We’ve placed an order here for 6 adults and 4 kids at one time, NO ERRORS. None! The entire order was exactly as requested (including the ones with specifics such as no tomato or onions etc. . I’ve also run into a situation when I ordered ahead of time for pick up and when I got there, nobody knew where my order was. We quickly realized it had simply been misplaced with the Uber Eats/Skip the Dish orders and without hesitation or ask the manager took it upon herself to just re-do my order so it could be warm/fresh. I don’t know if it’s great management or great employees (probably both but bravo!
