Burger King - Gatineau

A friend and I went here and they ordered a “spicy” chicken sandwich. Clearly the sauce is so little that of course it tastes so bland and basic. It was their first time trying and it was the most awful experience. Customer service is disgusting and they do not know how to treat their customers. Felt like we made a mistake by going here as it was so dirty and rude staff. Never returning and please guys do NOT waste your money here. Thank you!

This is the best Burger King around! These employees like their jobs, and you can tell! Fresh fries, fresh burgers, fast friendly service. Always ample parking and the location is close to many other services: gas, lcbo, banks other shops. Clean and organized. Looking for your whopper fix? Come to this BK and you won't be dissappinted.

New: Wed Jan.12, 2022 This is what you get after waiting 5 minutes at the window. Naturally, they did not provide a receipt. BK Montreal RD, clean up your act! old: Car drive through order. Cold fries, half warmish meat patties on soggy bottom bun double Whopper including a PLASTIC BREAD CLIP in the burger! Good luck getting a receipt even when asked many times. Nov. 8-2022 Slow service at window Asked for a Double Whopper cheese, sandwich only $8.99) No receipt, check bank trans. I was charge for a medium combo at $12.99 You really have to pay attention at this place!

I've worked in this industry for a long time, and generally don't complain about service. Having said that, the service here is consistently terrible. Staff locks up early whenever they want, habitually ignore customers, ignore the line and serve in whatever order they feel like. Don't bother placing an order for pickup, if you're the only one there you will be ignored, and if you're not they will serve every walk in customer before giving you your paid for food that's right there (including everyone who came in after you). If you have the option to go somewhere else, I highly recommend doing so. They claim to be short staffed, but I know several fully qualified people who applied and never got a call. They aren't actively hiring, this is just how the place is and has been for at least several months since I have been in this neighbourhood. The staff they do have are exhausted, and there's clearly no support being given.

This location has lost my patronage. Disgusting Impossible Burger! The appearance was unappealing and unappetizing to look at! The onions were not on the burger but under the bun of the burger. The pickles they put on tasted old and dry. Barely any mayo. Two small.cut tomatoes side by side in the burger.
