Top eat! But I'm very sorry that the four amuses were served two with geese delivery. It's a controversial product. It wasn't announced, or I would have refused it in advance. The same feeling at my tablemate. Everything else was really fine. Top restaurant! vegetarian menu, too. So please don't use these nonsense ingredients in the amuses.
