What a disappointment in such a dream setting. The eel dish of Loire, but how to serve such food?! Remove the fast from your card. Idem for aperitive frying of acornets. I went there last night and I still have a stomachache, my friend didn't sleep so indisposed. I've never seen an eel fry... pane! We wouldn't have had to eat it, too cooked, no taste. Let your director visit the competition of the surrounding guinguettes to learn. The team was very friendly and helpful but it doesn't make them professional, I dared a question about a Flavours, good, no answer, I no longer insisted... I don't judge the other dishes but if I go back, it will be for the exceptional setting and possibly a grill, especially without sauce.
