Pizzas and pines produced with excellent quality ingredients, the best pineapple genova in my opinion, well cooked and crisp to the right point, with abundant seasonings. staff and owner always available and friendly, to recommend!

We start with what I liked very much: the place that has very well organized spaces, the girls of the room who are kind and efficient, the fast and impeccable service, the location and parking available to the clientele, as well as the Roman pineapple with the burrata Apulian that I tasted from the dish of my friend who is really amazing. What I did not like was the pizza to the tegamino that I ordered: not so much for the ingredients, but because in my opinion a great naivety was committed: unfortunately the mozzarella of fiordilatte that was not allowed to dry properly before, cold put on a very hot dough has released its serum and has wet all the dough of the pizza to the tegamino that, remaining a little bit higher than the others is grating. Too bad because I managed to eat only the first half, unfortunately the other half having cooled, I couldn't eat it anymore.
