A nice place to eat. Good food. Rest of Pelling was a nightmare for us. A sick hotel with sick food, no taste, only oil, and potatoes like hard sponge balls, unbreakable. This place came as a saviour. At least had nice food during our stay in Pelling.
We stopped for lunch on 2 different days in between our sightseeing at Pelling in May 2017. Thukpa and momos were good, the one-man waiter was good. We ordered dal rice on one day along with egg-curry. Dal was excellent but egg curry had no spice or salt or taste! Another thing, on day 2, we didn't get the same dal as the earlier day, and the plain dal was very basic.
The restaurant is centrally located in pelling so easy to find, opposite lets go travel. The owners and staff were always friendly and service quick and efficient. The menu is varied but they do have traditional food and excellent momos at reasonable prices. They offer steamed and fried momos with chicken, pork and veggie which are delicious. Definitely a must visit for value for money and tasty fresh cooked food.
