The promise of a good burger which is shown by the overflowing amount of people waiting to get in, is quickly over shadowed by the price and the dry food. The fries were dry and over seasoned. The burgers were dry but seasoned well. The mac and cheese was spawned from the chalk mines and should never be endorsed as kids food.Staff is friendly and helpful but seem to know that food is being sent back regularly. The front is especially awesome since I saw a hearing impaired individual able to order with no issues. Update: Tried this place again. Terrible customer service. They couldn't run away from our table fast enough. Didn't respond to the button on the table. None of our burgers were well done, as we asked. They were supposed to bring ice cream to the table for my Dad's 80Th birthday, but they didn't. For $100 for our table... Do betterWay too loud waited 20 minutes for a table and watched 2 groups larger than ours come in and get seated before us. We left.

My family and I ordered take out from the Gig Harbor location. We order the angus dip, bacon aioli burger and a hot dog. I was there in time to see them take the last of our order and pack it up. It was a 20 mins car ride home. When we got home we found that my dip was missing the dip part, the burger had only a dime size of aioli on it, the hot dog has see better days and the fries where ice cold and tasted old like they been sitting out all day. I undertand food cools off but it shouldn't taste old and be completely cold when it's boxed with warm food.I am disappointed because we have been a recurring customer for years and the take out has been getting worst. ? If we return, we will do dine in only.Please take better care of your take out customers.
