Bosa Donuts - Gilbert

I?m giving this Bosa 1 star due to the TERRIBLE customer service at this location that was provided Wednesday afternoon. The drive-thru cashier was incredibly rude and said, ?Next time, tell me you have a coupon beforehand?. First off, I pulled up tothe window and handed him a coupon before even offering cash. Second, if it?s such an inconvenience to ring up a coupon, maybefind a different job.

I worked here for one day and this place is so dirty in the back. There was two roaches crawling on the walls. The training they give you is horrible. I was told no gloves while serving the donuts just a tong. Completely gross. I hope all Bosa?s arenot like this. They use the same glove your whole shift. She said they can not waste them. This is location at Gilbert andWilliamsfield. They also have mosquitoes everywhere in the inside.

Donuts were great..but next time we hope we get what we wanted. Went and got a dozen donuts and was not a hard order and then end up with half a dozen jelly donuts which wasn't even ordered. Was really looking forward to trying the creme filled ones.Maybe should have employees learn product before throwing them in the mix. I usually don't do this whole review stuff but thisone kinda made me mad. Other then that donuts were great but I'd check your orders before leaving.

They are good people and can make the best donuts I had in a long time

6 burned frit....wow...really! I don't think they'd sell that taste burned too!
