Avaliação da contribuiçãoI have been a fan of Rubios for a long time, but today's visit was disappointing. The cashier was unfamiliar with tomatillo sauce when I asked for it. I usually enjoy their fish tacos on Tuesdays, but today's serving was smaller than usual and the taco shells were cold and stale.
3rd time in 3 months getting delivery directly from here and can safely say portions are down by 66% for burritos and your delivery order will always be missing at least 2-3 side items toys paid for. I know costs are going up for everything, but now it seems we pay more for 66% less. No thanks, we'll go across the street to taco bell. EDIT: Wound up ordering from taco bell as well. The while family had the same problem with portion size and were atypically hungry after our order.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My bowl was not filled to the line and the shrimp were much smaller than usual. I paid nearly the same amount as I would for a plate at Cheesecake Factory, but received a plate with hardly any food. One of the shrimp was burned and there were only five pieces of shrimp smaller than a nickel. In addition, I only found three small shreds of lettuce. Overall, I was very disappointed with the portion size and quality of the food.
Customer service was 4/5, everyone was kind. Reason for the review is their pinto beans, one of my favorite sides but at this location the past few months beans have been watery and have not tasted right. I have been to another location since and the pinto beans else where taste fine. Love my chicken tacos like usual.
Really enjoyed the shrimp trio plate. They have a good variety of kids menu items as well, my kids always find something they want to eat. Portion sizes are actually larger than I typically eat (even the kids items are generous)
