Pizza Factory - Gilroy

Update: Eventually, they brought out a new pizza after I had given up on the old one, but by then I was already angry and full from the old pizza.

We always have a great experience at this place! It's our favorite spot for pizza in Gilroy. The pizza, salads, and service are consistently excellent.

Perhaps it was the time of day we visited, but my husband and I were the only diners in the entire restaurant. It was completely empty. The customer service was friendly and laid-back. The food was decent; we ordered two small pizzas each with two toppings. We got a chicken Alfredo, a BBQ chicken, a Hawaiian, and another one I can't recall. The pizzas were all average tasting, nothing particularly delicious or flavorful. Overall, the experience was mediocre. Additionally, the bathrooms were out of toilet paper, but it wasn't a major issue.

I got a coupon for a free pizza in the mail even though I'd never been to this place and I don't know how they got my address but I will say this the pizza was good staff was friendly and I'll definitely be going back ?Vegetarian options: I mean it's a pizza place so vegetarian options are pretty easy I don't know if they have gluten free stuff there, but they might.Parking: It's in a strip mall so there's tons of parking
