I come here for two reasons. The ribs and Lisa...grab a pint, wait for my food and always get smiles and the best service

I love this place. Today I had a issue with my order and it was taken care with no issues.

Smallest portions ever and the burnt ends are all fat and mushy

Our waiter Jason recommend the Super Crispy sandwich plate as this was my first experience eating KC BBQ. I was not disappointed with anything on the plate. The sandwich on the 6-inch French Roll was so flavorful. The side of baked beans was awesome, and the fries were also a tasty addition. Others at our table ordered the Potato Skins and Slice Meat Platter of chicken and brisket. Skins were very good, the meat platter was almost a hit. The brisket was tender and flavorful but chicken was a bit dry. The grilled vegetables on the side were excellent. Jason later offered a great selection of dessert pies, but we were to full from our meals. Glad to have tried Smokehouse BBQ for the first time as it is definitely worth coming back and trying some of the other good-looking/smelling items that passed by our table.

Placed a $300 food order online in the morning for a 4:30pm pickup time, arrived on time for the pickup and then sat and waited 40+ minutes for our order to be ready. Food was brought out with a one word apology and no offers for a partial refund/something extra despite holding up our entire family party. Then got to the house and checked the food and multiple items were missing. It’s a shame because the food is typically good, but this is the second (of 2) times we’ve placed a pickup order and had something missing. Ultimately they were unhelpful and unreliable, plus they implied I was being impatient after asking the status of my order after it was already 25min late. I would avoid and do not recommend this restaurant.
