Arby's - Glasgow

I go farther out of my way for this store even though there are 2 closer since it has consistently been a better store, even with the line. They are quick, friendly, and I have never had an issue with any order from here. I also love that the meal I get is bigger than McDonald's or Burger King but several dollars cheaper.

Best time to go is just before lunch, we went at 11:30am. . Only had a few min wait in line to get food ordered and picked up. 3 different sandwiches n fries were HOT like they had just been prepared to order not left to just sit there under lights and hope someone orders them.

Guy at counter was polite and helpful, wish i thought to get his name cause being polite especially when being paid for customer service seems to be very rare these days. Next trip i was cursed with a stack of coupons for family dinner figuring it was gonna be confusing to not only me but the employee, but the girl...i think with blue or green in hair was quick on the draw and took the order without trouble at the drive thru. Tried to go inside to minimize confusion but lobby was closed.

We used their drive through and the staff were pleasant, food hot and great and timing quick. Only draw back to this Arby's is location ... it sits in the middle of US Rte 40 and so getting out is a little difficult with the traffic.

My food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious! Worth the wait. Excellent customer service at the drive-thru -Thanks again Zion! 5 stars for sure. My only suggestion is the prime rib cheesesteak needs to stay on the menu year round. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
