After the ball game in glasgow. drive thru and lobby very busy. staff were friendly, restaurant clean and service was fast. thanks for the great customer service.
No. can someone say lawsuit? nasty and always dirty. today I went into this chaos and after the decision to dinate to see how this ding has broken out. safe enough, 30 minutes later, no one came out to do something about it. which could clean a worker 5 minutes. the management decided instead to send two employees on break, the lobby full of standing water and müll. incredible! poor management. people up. No one wants to experience their traditional lazy lifestyle! Last time I was there, they decided to wash their mud cans on the way, so the customers had to go through soggy serviettes and food particles and had to follow them in the restaurant. unbelievable! a lot of luck when they decided to eat here. P.S management. spend their time administering their people instead of writing an apology answer. Thank you.
That's terrible. water on the floor. no clean tables. trays stacked and dirty. no serviettes. I don't know how it could be worse.
Coffee and donuts apparently layer manager with problems with schedule so busy took 20 minutes to finally be handed over 2 cups cold coffee and via heated donut. the manager needs training to talk to what should be spoken on the floor. only whitecastle I have ever got bad service and cold coffee.
